Technical Goal:Project goal was to define, present and implement a cost and variability blueuction plan in order to optimize manufacturing processes in the Code 551 Optics Lab while maintaining OSHA compliance and applying 6-S NASA principles. Applied Lean and Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and developed Lean and Six tools to strategically blueuce costs, analyze operations, and create an advanced standardized manufacturing process.
